What qualifications do I need to be a recruiter?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t

One of the great things about recruitment is that we all take different paths to get here – just look at our team!<\/p>\n

While the majority of our team are tertiary educated, what is far more important is work ethic, commercial acumen and desire to succeed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

What training do you provide?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t

All of our consultants go through an intensive onboarding process, covering all of the basics on how to run a 360-degree recruitment desk and also industry specific training relating to the consultants specialism.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

You have access to a range of external training resources on an ongoing basis, so that you can continually be sharpening your skills in specific areas.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, in saying all of that, by far the best training we can provide is on-the-job, out there doing it! Supported every step of the way by one of our senior managers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

What is the progression pathway within the company?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t

There are no timeframes on success, which is why we operate on a merit-based promotion system.<\/p>\n

Internally we have a clear pathway from Junior Consultant through to Associate Director, and our managers will work with you to ensure you have all of the tools available to hit the criteria for each move.<\/p>\n

The pathway is different for everyone. Some people want to manage teams, others want to become subject matter experts as Principal Consultants. The choice is yours!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
