It was concluded that for <span class=\"issue-underline\">males job<\/span> dissatisfaction was correlated <span class=\"issue-underline\">to<\/span> work overload, whereas females suggested that non-availability of resources induced workplace stressors.<\/p>\n<p>Because of these negative relationships with job satisfaction, practice managers suffer a loss of productivity, which is particularly crucial for the practice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>For Clients&#8230; Our Actionable Suggestions<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The demands of the job may not be able to be <span class=\"issue-underline\">decreased,<\/span> or you may have exhausted your resources trying to locate a suitable candidate for a position you advertised months <span class=\"issue-underline\">ago. Still, it<\/span>\u00a0may be helpful to provide support such as stress management resources or counselling.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, reviewing your onboarding processes and ensuring that you have adequate resources in place, both human and technical resources should be\u00a0available.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>For Employees&#8230; Don&#8217;t let your stressors bring you additional stress!<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While acknowledging that resigning from your current workplace is considered to be a privilege not everyone has, there are steps you can take to help you throughout this process.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"issue-underline\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Understand<\/span> your burnout\u2026 are you being overlooked for promotions? <span class=\"issue-underline\">do<\/span> you feel alienated from your <span class=\"issue-underline\">colleagues?<\/span>\u00a0Ask yourself what you are looking for.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"issue-underline\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Make<\/span> some mental notes&#8230; remember a time that you felt happy and fulfilled in the workplace. What were you doing and who were you with? <span class=\"issue-underline\">Maybe more importantly you are asking<\/span> yourself who weren\u2019t you working <span class=\"issue-underline\">with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"issue-underline\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Speak<\/span> to a recruitment consultant \u2013 this can make what feels like an ordeal less overwhelming and isolating.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"issue-underline\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Make<\/span> the <span class=\"issue-underline\">most out of<\/span> your interview. Don\u2019t be afraid to ask questions. It is <span class=\"issue-underline\">important<\/span> that not only is it important for you to be <span class=\"issue-underline\">good for the employer but your<\/span> employer to be a <span class=\"issue-underline\">good<\/span> fit for you.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"issue-underline\"><strong>5.<\/strong> Lastly,<\/span> <span class=\"issue-underline\">manage the rejection.<\/span> When you are already experiencing burnout-related emotions, it is easy to feel defeated and give up the job hunt when rejected from a position.
