Emily has a warm and conscientious approach with people, and she prides herself on running a robust sourcing process to identify the best legal talent and continuing to add value to the support and executive space across the Canterbury region.

 

She is widely recognised for her emphasis on deeply understanding the client’s needs and articulating the opportunity accurately, ensuring quality matches that deliver unmatched value to both her clients and candidates.

 

Emily brings a personalised, relationship-driven model to the Fluid legal team. She is valued for her diligent and comprehensive approach to each of her interactions with candidates.

 

Emily joined Fluid in 2021, as part of the Christchurch office. Originally from Southland, she comes from an agribusiness background and has a longstanding history with the NZ Human Resources Community following her studies at the University of Otago, completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HRM.

Life outside the office

From a rural background in the deep South, Emily loves exploring the outdoors and wider South Island in her days out of the office. She moved to Christchurch in 2020, and since then has become a valued member of the community with her active involvement in HRNZ and her local sports club committees.
