Zach’s priority is consistent and quality communication, aiming for the best outcome for all parties.

Zach utilises as many resources as he can to scour New Zealand and find the best fitting candidates. He understands the challenges of a candidate-short market, where demand for talent is high and there is often the requirement for relocation. Using his skills in communication and a consistently expanding network across the sector, he can act fast on new roles to quickly secure the right person for the job.

Zach is quick to jump on new opportunities, understanding market changes and reaching out to his candidates to discuss the location, scope, and appeal of the role. His communication-based approach capitalizes on his skills as a digital native – along with the classic word-of-mouth – to find the best possible fit. Focused on long term relationships, Zach is driven to ensure he delivers for his candidates to help them realise their career ambitions.

Zach moved from England to NZ in 2006 and spent most of his life growing up in Wanaka. He took off for Auckland to study towards a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and International Business) at University of Auckland, before returning to his hometown and starting work at Fluid from their Wanaka office.
