Michael’s way of working takes a people centred approach and focuses on listening and understanding to build strong, long-lasting relationships. He ensures that care and precision is taken in every step of the journey to deliver the best candidates for his clients.
He understands the difficulties that businesses face when searching for the right candidates, so he takes the time to understand the wants and needs of all parties involved.
Michael joined Fluid in March 2024, as a part of the engineering team in the Wellington office. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Management and Human Resource Management at Victoria University of Wellington. Michael also spent time studying at Copenhagen Business School during his final year.
