The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a junior consultant to join our team, in one of our four divisions, all of which are experiencing significant growth.

 

This role will provide you with full training and one on one mentorship, which will support you to become a 360 consultant. We recruit in highly dynamic and lucrative industry sectors with huge potential, both in terms of client demand and fee earning.

 

 

About You

 

Although recruitment experience would be an advantage, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who has the ambition and drive to succeed. You may be a graduate looking for an engaging first role, or you may be feeling stagnant in your current position and looking for a change of pace.

 

A role with Fluid will see you actively sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for live roles with our clients as well as building an understanding of client care, account management and new business development. As such, you will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for business growth.

 

You will need to be determined, resilient to failure, effective when under pressure, and hungry to succeed. You must enjoy working in a team, be target driven and able to demonstrate tenacity, perseverance and persistence.
