Alex takes a thoughtful, people-first approach to recruitment. She genuinely enjoys getting to know her candidates and clients, building relationships based on trust, communication, and care. Her goal is to make the recruitment process feel less transactional and more human — ensuring that everyone feels supported, understood, and confident in the outcome.

She joined Fluid in March 2024 as part of the Legal team and hit the ground running. With a background in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Otago, Alex has always had a natural curiosity for people and what makes them tick — something that now plays a big part in her approach to recruitment.
