Alex recognises the value of excellent communication and being receptive in order to thoroughly understand the needs from both the client and the candidate – doing this ensures a quality placement, whereby all parties are well-satisfied with the result.  Alex strives to make the recruitment process as efficient as possible because she understands how tedious this can be for candidates and clients as a whole.

Alex joined Fluid in March of 2024, as a part of the Legal team. She completed her studies in Dunedin at the University of Otago, where she honed in on her natural curiosity for people by studying Sociology and Psychology. She is eager to apply her skills and knowledge in this area to the world of Recruitment within Fluid.
