Blake understands the importance of an effective recruitment process. He solely recruits for CA firms within New Zealand. Partnering with firms from the top-tier through to smaller boutique practices, Blake prides himself on his ability to identify talented candidates and deliver quickly, to meet his clients’ needs.

 

Being such a small, niche market that Blake operates in, it has meant that he has been able to develop an understanding and knowledge of the industry that is unparalleled to his competitors, who are often splitting their time juggling recruitment for multiple sectors. This market expertise that Blake possesses, as well as the candidate care that he has given to those looking for work, has created a positive experience for the many job seekers Blake has worked with throughout his career.

 

Blake joined Fluid in February 2016. He has a Bachelor of Communication degree from Western Sydney University, one of Australia’s leading institutions.
