About

Marli prides herself in the ability to have a collaborative approach to recruiting between both of her client and candidate.

 

Marli has a very communicative nature and is constantly developing strong relationships with her clients. She believes that communication and trust is key to a successful recruitment process. She proactively takes the time to fully understand her clients needs and ensuring that she is recruiting the best talent in the market for her client.

 

Marli understands the difficulty of the procedure of changing jobs and works closely with a collaborative approach with her candidates to ensure that they are well-informed of all the process and the steps of the recruitment process. She is fully committed to making sure that all her candidates have a positive recruitment experience by using her application of skills to build relationships with her candidates.

 

Marli joined Fluid in March 2022, as part of the Wanaka office. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Management at the University of Otago.

Life outside the office

Originally from the Philippines, Marli moved to Wanaka with her family in 2009. She’s spent the last 3 years studying at the University of Otago in Dunedin and came back to start her career in her hometown. Outside the office, Marli enjoys exploring the outdoors and going out for adventures. Marli is an avid baker and cook and loves to experiment with food.
