Marli prides herself in being a genuine partner to her clients and candidates, running a transparent and consultative approach throughout each process.
Marli first joined Fluid Recruitment in 2022 before having a stint overseas in Scotland (also working in recruitment) and has recently returned to Fluid in 2026. She has a specific focus towards transactional and advisory practice areas including Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure Projects, Technology, Resource Management/Environmental/Planning, Maori Legal, and Tax.
