Our Accounting & Finance team is a longstanding and high-performing business unit, including a number of the company's top billing consultants. It's market position nationally is very strong, across both the CA firm and commercial accounting markets.

 

We have a high-energy and high-performing team based in Christchurch who are constantly pushing each other to raise the average and produce better results for our clients. We are a social bunch and enjoy celebrating each other’s successes and picking each other up when something doesn’t go to plan.

 

 

About You

 

You’ll be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for business growth.

We want someone who is keen to test themselves in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will need to be determined, resilient to failure, effective when under pressure, and hungry to succeed.

 

 

Skills and Experience

 

You can come from a range of backgrounds and be successful in recruitment, just look at our team! Ideally, you will have had some previous exposure to consulting, sales or professional services industry, however the below points are the non-negotiables.

  • Personability and client facing potential
  • Excellent admin skills and attention to detail
  • Tenacity, commitment, work ethic and aptitude for learning

We would also strongly consider an existing recruitment consultant who is unhappy in their current environment, seeking greater flexibility, or simply wanting to boost their earnings.
