Holly has built herself a strong reputation in the legal market, becoming the consultant of choice through building strong relationships with firms and being outcome focused. She takes a partnership approach to all recruitment assignments, utilising her deep understanding of the industry, their business and culture to deliver exceptional results.

 

She demonstrates her strong market knowledge and depth of recruitment experience with her candidates. Her communicative and relationship-based approach allows her to go the extra mile in supporting and coaching her candidates, preparing them for their job search, and loves working with candidates to provide options in the market best aligned to their goals.

 

Holly joined Fluid Recruitment in 2021 after spending the past six years in Sydney specialising in Executive Recruitment within Procurement and Supply chain and leading successful teams.  Previously she has worked in Recruitment within the New Zealand market in a generalist capacity.

When she’s not in the office, Holly enjoys the outdoor lifestyle Wanaka has to offer for her and her two children. In winter you can find her up the ski field or out on her mountain bike and in summer at the lake or on the tennis court.
